The Inn is proud of the many outdoor living spaces we have to offer our guests on the grounds. There is truly something for everyone and more than you can enjoy in a single day. So, we hope you’ll plan your trip accordingly and stay a few days to fully enjoy our outdoor spaces and everything that we, and our wonderful community and Central Ohio, have to offer.
- English gardens for strolling with a large collection of hydrangeas, roses, black-eyed susan, fountains, birdbaths, and statues
- Explore hiking trails that wind through 10-acres of woods with an abundance of native flora and fauna. A paradise for the bird lover
- Covered, wraparound veranda with high back rockers overlooking the Welsh Hills countryside and gardens
- Relax in one of the many hammocks around the grounds resting beneath the shade of large mature trees
- Enjoy a game of bocce ball day or night on the lighted, regulation-sized clay bocce ball court
- Play an outdoor game of table tennis
- Challenge your partner to a game of darts or Giant Jenga
- Kick back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy a roaring fire by The Inn’s outdoor stone fireplace beneath the maple tree canopy
- Kick back and relax by The Inn’s heated pool or hot tub
- The Inn’s pond is ripe for fishing, stocked with large and smallmouth bass, crappie, bluegill, sunfish, perch, and more
- Picnic in one of the private areas tucked in the clearing within the woods, on the deck next to the pond, or under the canopy of a large maple tree
- Challenge yourself to hit a few targets or clay pigeons with some time spent at the shooting range – from the beginner to the experienced
