The innkeepers and owners, Bobbi and Jeff, each spent 30 years in the corporate business world before opening the Welsh Hills Inn. They planned and attended every possible type of business event and participated in and lead training over the years. They know what it takes to make a business event successful. The Inn provides the perfect backdrop for a business executive leadership retreat or team-building outing near Columbus, Ohio. Our facilities offer privacy and discretion in an inspiring and comfortable, unique environment. From a leadership team updating, preparing, or rolling out a strategic plan to a project team combining work plan development and team building, the Inn provides a special atmosphere for success.

Experienced facilitation and team-building skills are available to help you maximize the output of your event.  We can assist you from the planning stages through execution if desired.

Retreat group sizes of up to 10 people are ideal.  We have a total of 5 guest rooms and suites. Activities are tailored to your event and can include the use of the many indoor and outdoor facilities and activities on-site, including meals created by Jeff in our own kitchen or delicious, locally catered fare.
